Chief Custom Parts ships within the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The shipping amount on each product applies only to the 48 continuous states of the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other United States territory is charged a different shipping amount. Please contact us for a shipping quote before making your purchase. 
The shipment is made to the address provided by the customer. In the most attentive way we ask customers that the information is correct and the phone number is valid to avoid delays in their order.
Upon receipt of your order, we ask customers to inspect the package with purchase to see if there is any damage in the box.
If there is any damage to the box, we ask our customers to notify the person making the delivery so that we can process a product damage claim with the assigned shipping company.
If customers notice the damage after the shipping company driver has left, we ask that you please call the shipping company and us as soon as possible so that we can process a product damage claim.



Chief Custom Parts does not accept returns unless the customer has received another product by mistake made by our company. In case the customer changes his mind after receiving his order or wants to return it for some reason, the customer can return the product but he or she has to pay for both the outward and return shipments. All returns must be approved by Chief Custom Parts before the customer decides to return the product to us. Due to the dimensions of each product Chief Custom Parts cannot be held responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise indicated. The customer has a period of 5 business days to return the product. If after this period the product has not been returned or there is no proof that the product has been sent to us, the return will be automatically declined. All returns must be returned in the package that was used to send the product. The product has to be new, it does not have to have been used. If Chief Custom Parts notices that the product was used before being returned, the return claim will be automatically declined and the customer must be responsible for the return shipment to his address. In case the product is damaged during the transit of the shipment, the customer has to process a claim with the shipping company as soon as the product is received.



Chief Custom Parts usually delivers every product from 5-25 business days, if customer does not receive product within that period, customer is responsible to call us or send us an email immediately. Chief Custom Parts carefully packages every product to prevent damaged during transit, nevertheless, damage may occur. Therefore, we ask customers to inspect all items immediately before carrier leaves, do not sign any paper until you have completely inspected every product. If you see any damaged part, mark it on the delivery bill in front of the delivery person. Then, call or send us a message within twenty-four hours to file a claim request. If customer does not follow instructions and do not specify damaged to the delivery person, claims may be denied or delay. We cannot combine shipments due to the dimensions of the products. Once customer hits “purchase”, that means that he/she has carefully read and understood Chief Custom Parts’ Terms and Conditions. All sales are final, all products are sold “As Is”. All products sold at Chief Custom Parts are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. We are not responsible for any damages as a result of these products. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. If customers want to back up an order they must do it within twenty-four hours from placing their order because some orders will be shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If order has already been sent, then order cannot be canceled, and buyer must receive the product.  Customers know that for installation they may need screws, sets of washers, sets of bolts, self-tapping screws, screw driver, socket wrench, socket extension, socket (size varies with vehicles), drill bit (size ranges varies), and drill motor. All products are to be installed by a highly trained professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber. Customers are responsible for all installation fees. All fiberglass parts are made of 100% fiberglass, therefore, due to the material used in production, these body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other body work. However, if any car or truck has been involved in any type of collision, then additional body work will be needed.
