All items sold by Chief Custom Parts are brand new aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated.
Aftermarket parts are not OEM and may require professional installation, preparation, sanding, trimming, or modification for proper fitment.
Shipping Policy
We ship within:
• United States
• Canada
• Mexico
Shipping prices listed apply only to the 48 Contiguous United States.
Additional shipping charges apply to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Territories
• Remote delivery areas
Customers must contact us for shipping quotes to these locations before purchasing.
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees caused by incorrect shipping information.

Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers MUST inspect packages and products at delivery before signing.
If damage is visible:
• Note damage on delivery receipt
• Notify carrier immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours
Failure to follow these steps may result in denied shipping claims.
Return Policy
All Sales Are Final Unless Item Is Received Incorrect Due To Our Error.
If a return is approved:
• Buyer pays original and return shipping
• Item must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• Must be requested within 5 business days of delivery
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returns showing installation, use, damage, or modification will be denied.

Installation Disclaimer
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Fiberglass and carbon fiber parts may require:
• Sanding
• Trimming
• Filling
• Body work
Installation, paint, and body shop costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 5 – 25 Business Days
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or supply chain issues are outside our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If order has shipped or entered processing:

➡ Buyer must accept delivery
Limitation of Liability
Chief Custom Parts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
